回顾年的宣扬工作，我们的确取得了令人瞩目的成就，为公司的企业文化建设，为增加公司员工综合文化素养，为公司的发展大局，起到了不行估量的推动作用。谛视是一面镜子，我们在看到成果的同时，不要讳医忌医，也应看到自己的不足。要通过自查、自咎，深刻反思，总结教训，把工作上的各种漏洞进行汇总，逐条一一整改、落实，在新的一年，将公司的宣扬工作推向一个崭新的局面。为了将公司的党建工作做到最好，我们决心做到：

（一）、加大宣扬的日常管理工作的力度，沟通、协调、管理、引导通讯员队伍的正确工作方向、舆论导向，全面提高通讯员队伍的凝合力、向心力，充分调动工作的主动性和主动性。

（二）、工作信息稿件的收缴程序、收缴平台进一步固定化，凡上交稿件一律公司内网上传，促进无纸化办公进程，提高工作效率。

（三）定时召开每月10日的通讯员例会，留意稿件的征收、校对、审核关，提高稿件的刊发质量。

（一）、工作信息，要做到刚好催稿、刚好征收、刚好校对、刚好申请审核、刚好刊发，全面提高工作效率。重视宣扬工作的日常管理，多与通讯员沟通，加强对通讯员的督导力度、培训力度，将此项工作推向一个新的台阶。

（五）、加大对各党支部宣扬工作的督促力度，促进公司宣扬工作全面顺当开展。

（六）、健全通讯员管理制度，形成规范化、制度化、约束化管理体系，进一步吸取、优化通讯员，壮大通讯员队伍，为丰富的稿件供应保障。

（七）、进一步加大对通讯员队伍的业务培训力度，将从以下几个方面入手（1）、对于通讯员在写作稿件时出现的一些常见问题，刚好和通讯员面对面沟通，做到刚好发觉、刚好更正。（2）、不定期的对公司在册通讯员进行业务培训，提高，力争建立一支，“政治强、业务精、纪律严”的通讯员队伍。

（八）、欲拟一本《通讯员业务指导手册》，为通讯员写稿供应丰富的借鉴信息，手册力求针对性，简明性、好用性。

（九）、制定公司11个党支部的《宣扬委员工作职责》，加强基层通讯员队伍的管理力度，形成通讯员自身管理、部门领导干脆管理、宣扬委员统筹管理、党办全局管理、公司领导核心管理理念的五管体系，将通讯管理工作开创一个崭新的局面。真正做到专人管理、专人负责；层层管理，上下协调的良性工作态势。

（十）、在平常的日常管理工作当中，我们不要轻易的向下级许诺，一旦说出来，就要细致的践行自己的诺言，在通讯员队伍中，树立权威性的良好形象。

（十一）、在日常管理工作中，针对大家提出的问题，我们要坦然的、耐性的去倾听，来自基层的呼声总是最真实的，有这样的呼声的存在，足以证明我们的工作还有很多须要提高、变更和完善的地方。我们哪里做的不够，就要勇于担当责任，这样才更有利于下一步工作的改善。我们要时时刻刻替通讯员着想，到处为他们解决实际问题。很多的问题不是一下子就能解决的，这就须要我们用一些好的方式去变更一些什么，促进一些什么。我们的宣扬干部在确定实施某项工作支配时，我们的作为、行动都在起着确定性的引导作用和典型的示范作用。很多的我们自身不能解决的问题，要刚好向上级主管领导反映，尽量解决眼前面对的实际性的问题，很多的问题不是没有解决，而是我们没有去找寻求解决的方法。

（十二）、工作消息的内容还是有局限性的。由于公司基层党建工作刚刚开展起来，很多的管理制度还尚在进一步的健全、完善的阶段性过程。我们不要急功近利，要不断的健全各部门的通讯员队伍建设，这有助于我们全面宣扬公司各个部门、各个单位的先进事迹、先进典型，真正的让我们的宣扬工作深化基层、扎根基层、活跃基层、旺盛基层、带动基层、号召基层，那样，我们的工作才算做到点子上。

二、员工创作园地

员工创作园地要刚好的更新内容，稿件不拘形式内容如：思想报告、工作总结、学习心得、《弟子规》连载、选发一些带有喻示性、警惕性的小故事、及各种文艺稿件（包括文学作品、绘画作品、篆刻、书法、剪纸等文艺形式），为丰富员工文化生活为目的，以提升企业文化，全面构建和谐矿区为目标，欲将《员工创作园地》宣扬栏栏目办成一个精品矿区文化长廊。

三、井下广播站

井下广播站的工作须要进一步全面开展，个别微小环节工作稳步推动。进一步健全、完善《国投河南新能广播站策划》、《党办宣扬管理制度》、《党支部宣扬委员岗位责任制》、《播音员岗位责任制》、《通讯员管理制度》。
