　　2011年***法律援助工作站在县司法法局正确领导和精心指导下，，在**镇党委、政府的重视视支持领导下，在县法援中心心的大力支持下，以“法律援援助基础建设年”活动为契机机建立健全各项工作机制，努努力完成上级主管部门下达的的任务，紧紧围绕镇党委、政政府的中心工作，维护社会稳稳定，为社会困难和弱势群体体提供无偿的法律服务，为更更好的保障弱势群体的合法权权益，维护公平正义，促进社社会稳定经济发展，切实解决决社会弱势群体请律师难，打打官司难的问题，全椒县***司法所在“法律援助基础建建设年”活动中，降低法律援援助门槛，扩大法律援助覆盖盖面，努力做到应援尽

　　一、 广泛宣传，努力力扩大法律援助的社会影响。。

　　10000份、加强了法律援助制度的的宣传。并对法律援助的范围围、条件和程序进行公示，为为弱势群体维权指明方向和途途径。另外，加强横向协调配配合，对群众投诉的重大疑难难纠纷，凡可通过法律途径解解决而当事人确有经济困难无无力聘请律师的，我们无偿提提供服务，

　　二、开辟“绿色通道道”，积极拓宽法律援助覆盖盖面。

　　根据低保对象的具体体情况，2011年我们继续续向全镇低保对象发放法律援援助卡。今后，执卡者无需经经济状况证明，可直接到法律律援助站申请法律援助，切实实解决困难群众请律师难、打打官司难的问题。开辟外来民民工法律援助的“绿色通道””，积极为民工解决工资拖欠欠、工伤赔偿补助、交通事故故人身损害赔偿等纠纷，最大大可能地保证符合法律援助条条件的民工得到援助。

　　29件民事事援助案件。接待群众来访2260人次，为维护社会稳定定和弱势群体合法权益做出积积极努力，充分发挥法律服务务的职能作用。
