——在比赛正式开始前，请允许我宣读一下比赛流程，评分规则，评判标准及奖项设置。

比赛流程：

初赛包括5个环节：

1、选手出场，选手结合辩题自我介绍，每队2分钟；

2、开篇立论，正、反方一辩发言，每队3分钟；

3、攻辩，

二、三辩发言，每队2分钟；

4、自由辩论，每队5分钟；

5、总结陈词，正、反方四辩发言，每队2分钟。 评判标准：

1审题准确，能多角度、多层次理解，论点鲜明；

评分规则：

1、团队：评委得分的平均分+大众评审得分=该队总得分。（总分最高分22分）；

本次大赛分为初赛、复赛、半决赛和决赛四个阶段。

设一等奖两队，二等奖四队，三等奖六队，优秀奖若干。最佳辩手奖一名、最佳口语奖一名、最佳台风奖一名。
